  The staff is the only reason to come here other than that GameStop is the scum of the Earth. With it's garbage policies and horrible trade in values. The price of a pre owned game is usually just a few bucks shy of full price. The staff at this particular location is pretty cool though so if you know you're getting a new game and plan to talk to fellow nerds it's not a bad stop.

  I went in there last night to exchange my xbox one controller that i had bought brand new from the southside game stop, it was still under the 30 day warranty so i wanted t exchange it for another new due to the aux port having a short in it. The guy at the front desk proceeded to act like he had swapped mine out with a new one but he handed me my old one back and told me to try that one. I them confronted him an asked if he had given me a new he then proceeded to say that he had. I had taken it home and it happened to be the same exact cotroller i had wanted exchanged. So i went to the valley weat game stop and had no problem getting a brand new one in the box. I will never go to the southside game stop again for there dishonesty towards there customers.
