  If I could give them a negative review I would. I bought a necklace at the store on December 14, 2017. The first time that I wore it, was on December 15 2017. I had it on less than 3 hours and the chain broke in the middle. I was not tugging on it. I wasn't viciously pulling on it. it was not caught on my clothes. The chain just broke. I went back to the store today December 18th, 2017, only to be told that I was SOL. They would not replace the chain. They would not fix, what I deem as a defect product, without me paying at least 40 bucks or more for them to solder the chain. Seriously the link broke. So I will contacting the corporate headquarters over this, closing my line of credit with them, and shopping elsewhere. My first experience was with getting a ring resized. The first time I had inquired about it, I was told it would be roughly 150.00 dollars. I didn't have the ring with me at that time. When I went back to have it done. I was then informed it would be close to 500.00. I decline to do so. I am glad that I did, as Angelo's in West Des Moines IA was able to do the job at a much lower price. I had purchased the additions to my wedding band at Kay's.
