  One of the very few Lands End still open. The downfall of this shop is that it sets inside of a very dated Sears store, in a rundown mall, in a seedy part of Des Moines. If this store were in Jordan Creek or Valley West, ratings and sales would rise. They have frequent sales and a teacher discount which is a plus. Taking away the children’s clothes was probably a mistake, especially for school uniforms. The Gloria Steinem interview was a major downfall for the company, and with it customers jumped ship which explains decreased sales. Relocate, if you want to save this store.
