  We walked in around 1pm Today (Saturday) and there were two employees. The male employees is the only one who even acknowledge us while the female (who wasn't even helping the customers at the desk) sat on her computer talking to the customers who the male was helping about Drag Kings/Queens and how many hours she had left until she could leave. (Disclaimer: i have nothing wrong with gays or their culture. She wasn't even talking about their phones!) The male employee stated we would be helped soon, but as he was helping the customer previously he obviously couldn't. While the female employee made no attempt to stop talking about drag kings/queen and her go home time to help us or the customers who came in behind us. We were there for at least 20 minutes before the male employee was able to help us, all the while the female employee still never giving a thought to doing her job. The male employee was doing his job, so i have no grievance with him other than he was not knowledgeable of the products his company was selling. The female employee was rude and not doing her job at all, she made sure that she did not make eye contact with any of the waiting customers or approach any of them. The female employee did not even address the customers that had came in after us after the male had made it clear he was helping us. That's four customers and her job she clearly ignored doing. It has greatly discouraged me from ever going to this store again. In fact, it had made such a bad impression i ended up not getting the phone i had intended to purchase. They had lost both my sale and my business, i expect better customer service from Sprint. Especially with how expensive their service is and how hard we work for our money, a little courtesy be nice!

  Yesterday called southridge- this was my first mistake they can never do anything except refer to west des moines. So I called E14th talked to Eric he was super nice. I came in after work and someone else was already being helped. Clerk acknowledged me and welcomed me to the store. He was awesome with the other customer turns out he was Eric from the phone. He really genuinely gave the feeling he loved his job. I was then assisted by a different staffg member Judy. Let me tell you just as awesome such a sweetheart and very patient with my indecisiveness. Awesome experience won't go anywhere else again for Sprint services.
