  I give this store a 5 star because there employees are WONDERFUL and VERY knowledgeable. They helped me with my needs and more ryan,connor and sabrina where the ones helping me and they all where helpful providing me with information and accurate information, If you go to the t-moble by merle hay mall i recommend working with those guys there awesome!

  This would of been a 1 star rating... but 2 stars due to one person who knew what he was doing... I'm not sure if it's T mobile in general but the employees seem to know very little about promotions. I've been told many different things regarding pricing, how to get the promos, whether I qualified for promos, etc. and they were all wrong. I had to call customer care to figure that out. Receipts were not given, making me drive there again to get it. Overall worst experience. I switched from another carrier and have been regretting the switch due to the difficulty and amount of time wasted by T-mobile workers who provided me with false or incomplete information. They even sold me a $30 screen protector for "$4", later to find out that it was not $4 at all. They also mentioned, when I traded in my s5 for the s7 for the black friday promo, that I did not owe anything (not even a penny!) where later I found that I did owe that amount when checking online. I gave it 2 stars because of the fact that Tyler (I believe that was his name) did fix the issue with pricing and helped get all the paperwork cleared out.
