  AWFUL!! LEFT mercy south at noon and now at home still with no prescription!! 2:43!!! My 9 year old daughter is sooo sick and didn't want to go inside the store to get her medicine with me! I needed to grab toothpaste as well. I went inside (second time, first time wasn't ready so we waited outside 45 minutes) grabbed my toothpaste and went to counter. They were taking FOREVER to put my insurance info in computer. My daughter has been trained to keep doors locked and knows how to unlock the door for ME ONLY. Staff was very rude saying under her breath omg she seriously left a 9 year old in the car!! SHES 9!!! Not 9 months!!! She doesn't know me or my kids or their responsibility level!!!! Plain rude! And if I am in the wrong who are you to be rude to your customer who is trying to get in and get their kids meds and get out after waiting almost two hours! So I went out to my car (without my toothpaste) and pulled through the drive thru as my daughter needed her meds!!! What do you know they had an issue with filling it!! So now I'm at home STILL waiting for her med to be filled!! Will NEVER go back. Not to mention I've always had to wait forever for any medication. Which is why I sat in my car with my daughter and waited instead of in store.

  This is the last time I use this location. Sloooooooow. Its always like this. Not one person in the line, no one in outside line. Always 20 minutes or longer. Going 300ft to HyVee going forward.
