  The Auto Center has a wonderful manager, but they are way too understaffed and do not have the time to communicate effectively with their customers. Went to this Walmart four different times to get the dud battery I bought FROM THEM either replaced or recharged. When I first bought the battery I was told by an employee that I should probably just have a friend put it in because they were too busy. I did that, and when it got cold and the battery kept dying, I went back just to be told that I should have it charged first before they would replace it. From then on it’s been a waiting game. I’ve waited up to 2 hrs in the auto center only to be told that they hadn’t in fact even looked at my vehicle, when I was told at first that it’d be done soon. Now I have to go buy a completely new battery from somewhere more reliable. I will never bring my car here again.
